Not the restaurant's fault, but as an FYI (in case it helps anyone else), the parking garage can be weird to navigate. The restaurant is on the side of the complex, off S George Mason Drive. The signage in the parking garage is not overly helpful, but basically just get out of the garage and then get to the S George Mason street, don't follow the signs for Orange Theory/the Eye Place.

Decided to try this new sushi place out, realized this was a hidden gem! The sushi was delicious, fresh, and well prepared. The service was attentive and quick. Be sure to check this spot out if you live in the DMV area! :D

Our experience here did not disappoint! The atmosphere and food is fantastic you can really see the craftsmanship in each roll. The prices are reasonable and there’s variety of options. Nigiri was fresh, udon noodles taste homemade and the hand rolls were 👌 This was our second time in HIGHLY recommend

Best sushi in Arlington, hands down. Amazing food, excellent service, and still not crazy busy, yet...reasonably priced for what you get too!

I really enjoyed the sushi here. The fish is fresh, the sushi handrolls were tasty and there was a good selection. I ordered the uni and the Cry Cry roll. The uni was a good size, but the cry cry was a little too big to eat in one bite, and handrolls get messy in two bites. I will say the parking was a little wonky. Felt like I had to go through the whole building to get to it.

Welcome to South Arlington, Bluefish Bistro! The spicy tuna rolls were absolutely fantastic, and everything else was also good. The lunch specials were perfect for a Friday lunch date. I was very pleased with the sushi bento box, the fish was fresh and just overall great, and I say that as not a huge sushi lover. This place may just have converted me! Will be back regularly, great to have quality sushi in South Arlington!

They've got bento boxes, sushi, sashimi, noodles, appetizers, and more! I stopped by for dinner at this new Arlington location and was impressed with the modern ambience, spacious seating, and, of course, delicious Japanese food. The rolls are handmade fresh after you order so you know they've gotta be good. Japanese Beer and sake are also available if you're just looking to drink and snack on Edamame. Worth visiting if you live in the neighborhood

HIGHLY recommend for delicious sushi in south arlington!! GREAT service too. Get the King Kong roll!!!! they just opened but already seem to really be in the groove. The chefs at the sushi bar work right in front of you and even sent us some complimentary dishes to try. Free parking in Harris teeter garage.

We had a wonderful sushi combo, spicy tuna, kampachi, dragon fire, and a tokkuri of hot sake. Left full and happy on tasty meal and great service! Will be back soon.

I live right above Bluefish Bistro and I couldn’t have been more excited when it opened up last weekend… let me tell you it did not disappoint!! The fish was incredibly fresh, menu very unique and delicious and service was excellent. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. They also have 22 oz glass bottle Sapporo’s :) I tried the M-80 appetizer(forgot to take pic), tuna, yellowtail, salmon belly, salmon roe, and the fire mountain special. I sat at the bar and asked Chef Andy for his recommendation and he recommended the fire mountain special roll and it was AMAZING. Andy is the man! I will be back soon & frequently!!

I eat sushi at least weekly in Arlington. I think Bluefish Bistro immediately vaults into the top tier for Northern Virginia. If you are a fan of Sushi Rocks or Sushi Zen, try here. The food is incredibly fresh, the portions are huge, and the presentation has it own flair. I’ve eaten here three times since it opened, always for lunch. Once with a large group, once as a couple, and solo. I love it!

Happy to report there is a great new sushi restaurant in South Arlington! The sushi menu is extensive and everything we tried was super fresh and delicious. There is also a number of dishes from the grill to suit the non sushi eater. The decor is cute and parking in garage is really easy. This is a great addition to the neighborhood! We can’t wait to go back!
